Resumes are an integral part of the job search process. It's important that your resume is targeted to the desired role, readable by an employer's applicant tracking system (ATS), key-word optimized, and visually appealing for recruiters and hiring managers.

Many people feel cover letters aren't necessary, but I can tell you from a recruiter's view point, a well-written cover letter articulating your interest in and value you bring to the role DOES make a difference.

While your resume and cover letter should be tailored to every job you apply to, your Linkedin profile needs to speak to ALL the jobs you apply to. It also needs to be key-word optimized so that you land in recruiter searches.

Resume Format Update - Formatting update to your content with consistency and grammar corrections: $175.00

Entry-Level Resume: $325.00 (20% discount with one, 1-hour coaching session) 

Mid-Level Resume: $520.00  (20% discount with one, 1-hour coaching session) 

Executive Resume: Quote

Cover Letter: $100.00 

LinkedIn Profile - Headline, Photo Consult, About section and feedback on other sections: $130.00

Employer Correspondence Feedback and Proofing: Proration of hourly rate: $130.00
