ABOUT NANCY

I was fortunate to learn early in my working journey that I thrive on helping and guiding people. It all started when I became a Resident Assistant in college. Upon graduation, I launched a career as a Student Affairs professional supporting and advising residential college students.

​

I then pivoted to Human Resources by articulating my transferable skills. As an HR Generalist, I

launched a college recruitment program, drafted over 100 job descriptions, created a formal compensation structure, conducted full-cycle recruitment, and designed and delivered training programs to teach managers how to interview and hire the best candidates.

 

Again, leveraging my transferable skills and attaining the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) designation, I shifted to coaching. As a career coach, I use my HR experience to help people navigate the job search process with skill and confidence. In addition to my private coaching practice, I worked for close to a decade as a Career Coach for Randstad RiseSmart, a global talent mobility and outplacement services provider. I have experience coaching individuals from multiple industries, disciplines, levels, and ages.
